How long does delivery take?
Every order ships within 24 to 48 working hours. In Belgium, Bpost delivers to your home or to a pick-up point within 24 to 48 working hours; across Europe (France, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany), DPD delivers in 2 to 5 days.
How much is shipping?
Picking up at the Brussels shop is free. Delivery in Belgium starts at €6.50 and shipping across Europe at €12. Beyond that the rate depends on weight: the full table per country is on this page.
Can I collect my order at the shop?
Yes, free of charge, at avenue de la Couronne 236B in 1050 Brussels. Your order is ready within 24 working hours and you get a pick-up email as soon as it is waiting for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact for Belgian accounts, all credit cards via Stripe with 3D Secure and no fees, and SEPA bank transfer for professionals and large orders. In that last case, preparation starts upon receipt of the transfer.
