Carded sisal is the raw material for the manufacture of strings, ropes and ropes. This 100% natural material has several uses: in decoration, reinforcing fiber, in plastering work or as a filling material in the doors of cars. This product is sold by the piece at La Corderie (Brussels).
Highly resistant, this fiber is used to make rope, coarse fabrics and carpets. It is extracted from agave, originally in Mexico, but today cultivated mainly in Brazil, Tanzania and Kenya.
