Made from knotless high-tenacity polypropylene, La Corderie's hay nets are highly resistant to wear and weather conditions, ensuring a long service life. With mesh sizes of 60 mm for horses and 45 mm for ponies, they encourage animals to eat forage more slowly, thereby mimicking a more natural feeding behaviour. This slower intake promotes better digestion, helps reduce the risk of colic and improves the horse's overall well-being. Hay nets also help minimise forage waste and losses. The flat models are designed for loose hay. They are sewn on the sides, open at the top, and fitted with four Ø 6 mm suspension cords, each 1 m long, attached to the corners.
