Compact energy absorber ABSORBICA® is a compact energy absorber, to be used in combination with a JANE lanyard to constitute a fall arrest lanyard. Equipped with a tear-off strap, located in an openable pocket at the ends, the absorber is protected from abrasion, while allowing periodic inspection. There are two possibilities to install it on the harness depending on the frequency of handling.
